REPLACED THE CUSTOMER SUPPLIED AIR FILTER. FOUND THE OUTDOOR FAN NOT OPERATING. FOUND THE ELECTRICAL ABSORPTION SYSTEM SHORTED ON THE FAN SIDE. REPLACED THE ELECTRICAL ABSORPTION SYSTEM. INSTALLED A NEW HARD START SYSTEM.
Upon arrival checked the HVAC system for cooling operations, found the 9- year old Air Conditioning unit not working properly due to electrical failures in the voltage booster to the compressor. Also found faulty electrical voltage booster to the air blower motor in the gas furnace, need to replace the electrical voltage boosters in the outdoor and the indoor units and to install a power surge protector device $1336.00 for proper and safe operations of the unit. Due to moving soon, customer Authorized the replacement of the electrical booster in the outdoor unit for immediate repairs only. Replaced the 70.5 electrical voltage booster in the outdoor unit, checked operations, unit is working at this time.

Water on floor in vicinity of sump pump was sourced to a leaking bleeder valve (rear hose bib). Tightened bleeder cap by hand.
Replaced water heater thermoexpantion tank
Arrived to home with m/b w/c constantly running from a failed fill valve that customer had already turned off at the emergency valve.also recommended 3 other w/cs needing immediate attention in p/r and basement.did a minor tank rebuild in m/b,p/r and did the basement one at a lower price too sell.also showed hsp customer how to winterize hose faucet that critical due to having cpvc piping and front hose faucet and both interior emergency valve are in the garage with furnace and w/h systems.
